FRAME’s work stands on three pillars - Research, Advocacy, and Education. Each contributes to meaningful change in global pain care, and here’s what we’ve achieved so far.
Exploring how mental health factors affect pain outcomes-supporting more holistic treatment models.
Hosting curated, peer-reviewed articles explaining the biochemical and mechanical roots of pain.
Laying the groundwork for consistent, science-backed clinical approaches worldwide.
Partnered with Accenture to launch the first-ever global survey on soft-tissue pain diagnostics.

FRAME is the world’s inaugural nonprofit focused exclusively on uncovering the role of muscles and soft tissue in both acute and chronic pain, filling a critical void in global treatment standards.
We’re growing a coalition of medical centers, universities, and advocacy networks − all united behind the mission of integrating muscle pain into mainstream clinical practice.
Through flagship events like our “Under the Stars” gala, we’ve raised awareness among policymakers, clinicians, and funders − highlighting the urgent need to reform pain care.
The survey not only informs standards of care − it guides FRAME’s training priorities by identifying knowledge gaps in muscle assessment and treatment.
Our “Research on Muscles” library offers high-quality educational materials − making cutting-edge science accessible to both clinicians and the public.
We’re actively developing structured curricula and continuing education modules to ensure healthcare providers around the world are equipped to diagnose and treat chronic muscle pain effectively.
